«Atmosfera 'storica' e staff gentilissimo!»

L'Hotel si trova in un magnifico edificio del '500, ben ristrutturato e arredato bilanciando comfort e storia, ci e' piaciuto molto! La piscina nel cortile e' molto graziosa ed e' stata gradita dai miei due piccolo. Lo staff e' stato gentilissomo e la colazione abbondante e servita al tavolo!

Appena entrati in camera abbiamo trovato qualche insetto di troppo - un po' inquietante una zanzara morta sotto il cuscino, per il resto comunque la pulizia era buona.

Ambientazione ricca di fascino,in piena zona coloniale,buona colazione preparata al momento con alimenti freschi, preparano una ottima pina colada.Wifi ottimo.

Le camere hanno un notevole odore di muffa, una camera ha il bagno esterno, cassaforte non funzionante, struttura che comunque avrebbe necessità di alcuni ammodernamenti, lasciando comunque inalterato il fascino.

L' albergo è ubicato in una strada tranquilla in pieno centro storico. Camera abbastanza spaziosa arredata con scarso gusto. Armadio nel bagno!! Patio con piscina ma senza spazio per sedersi. Colazione senza media.

Ambiente impersonale e prezzo elevato in rapporto a quanto viene offerto.

«L unica nota positiva la posizione»

La posizione era ottima vicina a soli 2 min da tutti i siti della zona Colonial

se volete rilassarvi non è il posto giusto !! Confusione a tutte le ore da parte del personale che inizia a vociferare alle 7 del mattino e a svolgere attività rumorose ad ogni ora senza problemi!!!

„Privates Apartment nicht im Hotel - unter dem Deckmantel von booking wie ein schlechtes Airbnb.

Die Angestellten des Hotels waren sehr freundlich.

Wir hatten ein einzelnes Apartment gebucht und waren der Annahme, dass dieses sich auch im Hotel befinden würde. Bei Ankunft wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass wir noch einen zehnminütigen Fussweg zum Apartment vor uns hätten. Das Apartment war ein privates Apartment, sehr spartanisch ausgestattet und voller Moskitos. Weder das warme Wasser noch das W-LAN funktionierten. Generell sollten solche Apartments nicht unter dem Deckmantel des Hotel vermietet werden, da man aufgrund der Entfernung und fehlenden Services nicht die gleichen Leistungen erhält. Vielmehr war es ein schlechteres Airbnb.

Auch beim späten einchecken haben wir sogar noch eine bessere Alternative zum vorgebrachten Zimmer erhalten. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war mit einem frischen Obsteller, Rührei mit Schinken und Käse, Kaffee und frisch gepressten Orangensaft ein guter Start in den Tag.

„Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Klimaanlage und WiFi funktionierten einwandfrei. Weiters Positives kann ich nicht berichten so sehr ich auch nachdenke. Die Lage des Hotels ist im Prinzip wie bei allen Hotels in der Zona Colonial - alle wichtigen Gegebenheiten sind gut erreichbar.

Etwas unangenehm war der starke Geruch im Zimmer nach Desinfektions bzw. Reinigungsmitteln. Das Frühstück war etwas mau. Kein Frühstücksbuffet.

„Für eine Nacht OK, aber überteuert

Sehr gute Lage, freundliches und aufmerksames Personal, Frühstück war lecker

Jacuzzi auf dem Dach war nicht eingelassen, überall kleine Ameisen im Zimmer, bei den Bildern vom Zimmer und dem Hotel sowie der Bezeichnung „Superior Double“ hatten wir uns - auch zu dem hohen Preis - etwas deutlich besseres vorgestellt!

A great start to a stay in historic Santo Domingo

Very quaint setting with rooms surrounding the pool. Breakfast was wonderful and they even gave dinner for those who booked with booking

Not enjoyable.......

The beds were adequate, the room was a good size.

Would have liked a coffee pot in the room. We get up early and coffee wasn't available til around 8. They had parties both nights in the hotel. The first night was ok, no music and only went on for a few hours. The second night however started at 3 in the afternoon and lasted til 10 with the music playing so loud that we couldn't hear eachother talk in our room. They took over the whole area around the pool which to me is supposed to be for all the guests that are actually spending their money to stay and sleep and enjoy the amenities. We couldn't enjoy anything that day as the party people were given top priority. Our dinner took an hour to cook and it was so bad we didn't eat it and went elsewhere to eat. After the music was turned down, they stayed on the pool deck area and partied til wee hours in the morning. Forget about sleep. There were several older coupled there as well as me and my friend, we weren't given any consideration whatsoever. Not acceptable and we should have been warned before we booked the room. We would have gone elsewhere for sure. Will not be going back to this location and will not recommend to anyone.

Happy simple comfort.

Wonderful location with caring staff. A charming courtyard and pool. It is affordable comfort accross the street from the Bellini Hotel which is upmarket and 5x the price but a bed is a bed. They did my laundry and were very attentive. Right next door is an eccentrically decorated pizza - italian restaurant. I will stay again.

The location in the zona colonial is really nice.

I was here for one night only. It is very close to a club with very loud music, the window had a sheer curtain only, so the room was very light. The bed had only a sheet. So with the air conditioning on, I was really uncomfortable at night. The guy at check in was not able to really explain things in English. The pool has no sun beds.
